Pacifica Resort Ixtapa, Ixtapa (Guerrero)

The hotel boasts a stunning location with breathtaking views of the bay and golf course. The staff is genuinely exceptional, always eager to assist. Daily menu changes for the buffet keep meals interesting. However, my room was in need of updates, and the transportation within the hotel could be slow at times.

Our stay at Pacifica was absolutely fantastic! The staff really felt like family, making our visit so memorable. From the stunning views from our clean and comfortable room to the engaging activities organized by the team, everything was top-notch. The customer service was really the highlight, although I wish the dining options were a bit more varied.

While the resort boasts stunning views and a clean overall environment, it falls short in several areas such as dining variety and accessibility. The location is quite beautiful but challenging for guests with mobility issues. I appreciated the spacious rooms and attentive service from some staff members, but certain dining experiences were lacking, making it feel less like an all-inclusive resort. Overall, it's a mixed bag with some highlights and significant drawbacks.
